Bell Performance Product Return Policy

Any regular Bell Performance products (non-custom formulations) purchased from Bell Performance, Inc. corporate through the Bell Performance web site may be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days from purchase, for a full refund minus any fees for shipping and handling. The customer is also responsible for shipping fees to return product (where applicable). All refunds will be credited to original payment method.

For case products bought from BELL under the BELL label which are opened,  or for opened/unopened case products that have been purchased from BELL within one year from the inquiry, BELL will take the possibility of a return on a case-by-case basis, and if granted a return, will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product price.

To return an item, a phone call must be made to the Bell Performance sales department at 407-831-5021 for instructions on how to return items. For any authorized return, the Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges, for returned products and/or exchange product replacements.
